A real estate professional focused on multifamily investments, he approaches every deal with a long-term mindset, aiming to help clients build wealth that lasts through thoughtful underwriting, honest communication, and consistent follow-through.
Born and raised in Orange County, Rome combines a sharp analytical skill set with strong interpersonal instincts. Whether underwriting a property, sourcing off-market opportunities, or consulting on acquisition strategy, he brings patience, persistence, and a hands-on work ethic. He’s as comfortable modeling an equity waterfall in Excel as he is walking a property or making prospecting calls and he thrives on both sides of the business.

Rome’s commercial real estate experience spans brokerage, development, and property operations. At CBRE, he was selected as one of 38 interns from over 3,000 applicants and earned 1st place in the firm’s LA/OC case competition by repositioning a distressed office asset. At Advanced Real Estate, he led market rent surveys across hundreds of apartments, built investor equity tools, and supported underwriting efforts for acquisitions. Working as a vacation rental property manager, Rome oversaw everything from licensing, pricing strategy, repairs, and guest service, ultimately earning a perfect 5-star rating on both Airbnb and VRBO.

Rome graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Strategy & Entrepreneurship. His academic foundation in real estate finance, development, and corporate strategy complements his fieldwork and laid down the groundwork for his insightful guidance he provides to clients.

Outside of real estate, Rome enjoys many different hobbies. As a long-time musician, he  plays saxophone, piano, and guitar, having the opportunity to play with several bands encompassing nearly every genre. In addition, he enjoys surfing, running, drawing, painting, and is constantly finding new ways to self-develop, learn, and grow.
